I've been looking for this for a while now...found it on a german DVD site... I saw this film on TV when I was about 10 or 11...scared me so much, I feel a thrill of fear even reading this thread...perhaps I need to get it as a sort of therapy...XD I can't imagine why I saw it, though - I know we were fans of The Persuaders and Live and Let Die, so perhaps that's why I watche...

The Onedin Line was my favourite programme when I was 7 - so sad to hear of his passing...

We discovered it on Netflix - it's consistently described as one of the best series on TV, so we thought we'd give it a go...

It's excellent...and we can boxset binge as much as we like since we're only on season 1...
