Thanks Toolz, those were what I came up with as well, but I do have vague memories of listening to complete shows at some point, although I did think it was from the mid 70s to begin with, so probably have a couple of shows mixed up.

I'm not sure any complete shows exist in the sound archive - I think it is all extracts from the two series in 1963 and 1966. Home recorded stuff is a different matter and I am sure there are a couple doing the rounds, but I may have it confused with something else.

There is certainly a place for archiving, but it has to be selective by the sheer volume of stuff, and who makes the selection or sets the criteria - cue same old arguments about the BBC/ITV keeping everything? We had something similar happen on the previous software and if memory serves it was to do with where someone had hosted their avatar, not the hosting here.
