David Cobham (1930-2018)

Post by RobinCarmody »

I feel that in this forum's heyday there certainly would have been a thread when someone as prolific and notable as this died in March this year.

Anyway (and I know his most famous work wasn't for television so I'm sticking to those that were), The Vanishing Hedgerows with Henry Williamson, Brendon Chase, The Secret World of Polly Flint, Seal Morning, Woof! ...

(And Secrets of the Coast for TSW, yes?)

It was TSW, yes.

The sad news certainly passed me by.

As you say prolific, his Children's shows were excellent, "Bernard's Watch" was another good one.
