Re: The Saint
Promising. Very promising. Dubious about the family history part (why the fascination for inventing pasts, usually tragic?), but everything else looks good. The Ogilvy and Moore contribution looks as though it could be fun as well. I'm not familiar with Adam Rayner, but Eliza Dushku was excellent in "Buffy" and "Angel", and also in a very Patricia Holm-like recent appearance on "White Collar". She should be very good. Patricia Holm is long overdue for a screen appearance! I hope we see this on a British TV channel soon.

Nice promo -certainly whetted my appetite...
Re: The Saint
Rayner looks a bit weak, the photography looks very flat, and there's too much emphasis on gunplay for my liking, but it appears to have a certain amount of style, and Moore and Ogilvy (who looks like he could be excellent) are great to see. Not sure what Charteris would make of it though !
Re: The Saint
I've been wondering about this, since it's all been quiet for so long, but have just read this interview with Roger Moore on the BBC News site, which suggests that it's going ahead:

Sounds hopeful.
