As there is but one letter difference between laughter and slaughter ... here, thanks to the wonderful folks at the ZANI website, is a link to an article highlighting the use of humour in THRILLER.

Thinking about a treat for Easter or maybe a gift for someone into suspense, anthologies or the vintage British TV scene of mid-1970s in general?

Here is a link to the first half of a two-part extensive discussion of 'A THRILLER in Every Corner', covering both compiling the book and aspects of the series itself, conducted by Jennifer Wallis of Headpress. Enjoy!

Part Two of Thriller discussions between yours truly and fellow fan Jennifer Wallis of headpress.

Spooky goings on, historic mass murderers and the lurid tones of 1970s paperback adaptions among the topics examined.

I go this book as soon as I knew it was out there. Never expected something of this detail on Thriller which is one of my fave shows ever so this is another dream come true.
Read the background and now slowly reading each episode section after viewing each episode and if you have the slightest interest in this series you won't regret getting this book.
The modern age has made things so accessible its difficult these days to get excited about any product so I was very pleased that this book was able to give me that rush so rarely felt nowadays

Blunderbirds, thank you so much for your kind words. So pleased you've got so much from the text so far and enjoy the remainder of the text. Maybe, if you haven't already you might like to place a 'rating' and a few lines of comment at the books' page at lulu.com? Would be appreciated.

Also for anyone thinking of getting a copy maybe in response to Blunderbirds comments, I'd just also like to highlight a new 10% discount code has just come into force. Apply SELLDIRECT10 (case sensitive) at checkout at the following link. Thanks for supporting indie author, especially in the area of vintage classic TV!
